Enterprise Service
Enterprise Audit · Enterprise Audit + Enterprise Monitor · Enterprise Audit + Enterprise Monitor + Improvement Plan
Direct answer. Clarivy's Enterprise service has three combinations. Enterprise Monitor is not a standalone public product. It follows Enterprise Audit. The Improvement Plan is included only in the full combination.
Technical scope: Enterprise uses the current 8 vendor-hosted API endpoints unless the quote says otherwise. Exact model IDs, prompts, timestamps, raw JSON, data-control status, languages, cadence, and datapoint count are disclosed per run and confirmed in the quote.

Where improvement advice lives
| Layer | Included in Monitor? | What changes with Monthly Improvement Plan |
| Findings and priority actions | Yes. Monitor reports include evidence-backed findings and next actions. | Actions become a 30-day plan with owners, order, and review criteria. |
| Agent task records | Yes. Monitor includes an action backlog and verification plan. | The backlog becomes work packages for agents and human approvers. |
| Strategy review | Light monthly narrative. | A focused memo explains what to change, avoid, and re-check. |
| Outcome promise | No ranking, traffic, revenue, or answer-share guarantee. | Same boundary. The add-on improves planning depth only. |
Why Enterprise Monitor is not a bigger Snapshot
| Need | Snapshot | Enterprise Monitor |
| Buying question | What is true right now? | What changed, why, and what should happen next? |

| Scope | 5 customer-chosen questions across 8 endpoints. | Scoped prompts across markets, languages, competitors, buyer intents, and risks. |
| Human deliverables | Core report and evidence files. | Executive report, trend notes, risk register, action review, and optional strategy review. |
| Agent deliverables | AI-readable brief and raw-data index. | Manifest, action backlog, evidence map, verification plan, memory delta, and task records. |

Enterprise agent rules
- Do not act from summary alone. Every recommendation must retain
finding_id, evidence_id, and action_id.
- Verify before changing customer systems. The agent must open the raw-data index and raw JSON before editing content, docs, schema, sales copy, or positioning.
- Preserve approval gates. Actions that change legal, pricing, compliance, or brand positioning are marked
approval_required: true.
- Treat memory as context, not proof. Repeat-audit memory can explain trends, but current-run claims must cite current-run evidence.
