One-time audit · Recurring monitor · Optional monthly improvement planning · Human + AI-agent deliverables

Direct answer. Clarivy's Enterprise line has three parts: Enterprise Audit for one-time assessment, Enterprise Monitor for monthly or weekly measurement, and Monthly Improvement Plan as an optional Enterprise Monitor add-on when the customer wants help turning weak findings into prioritized improvement work. All three are quoted after scope review and built for both human enterprise teams and enterprise AI agent employees.

Enterprise product architecture

Enterprise Audit

Contact us

One-time enterprise assessment for teams that need a baseline, issue check, procurement evidence, or board-ready diagnosis.

  • Scoped prompt set across markets, languages, competitors, and buyer intents
  • Human report, AI-readable brief, raw-data index, and Agent Bundle Manifest where scoped
  • Best when the customer needs diagnosis, not an ongoing operating rhythm

One-time scope; quoted after review.

Monthly Improvement Plan

Add-on

Optional Enterprise Monitor add-on for customers whose results need active improvement planning, not only measurement.

  • 30-day improvement plan based on current-run evidence and prior-run memory
  • Prioritized action backlog for human owners and enterprise AI agent employees
  • Monthly review of what changed, what did not move, and what to try next

Not a public standalone product; scoped as a Monitor add-on.

Where improvement advice lives

LayerIncluded in Monitor? What changes with Monthly Improvement Plan
Findings and priority actionsYes. Monitor reports include evidence-backed findings and recommended next actions.Actions are refined into a 30-day owner-ready plan with sequence, dependencies, and review criteria.
AI-agent task recordsYes. Monitor includes an agent action backlog and verification plan. The backlog is curated into implementation work packages for the customer's internal agents and human approvers.
Strategy reviewLightweight narrative in the monthly report.Dedicated improvement memo: what to change, what to avoid, what evidence must be re-checked next month.
Outcome promiseNo ranking, traffic, revenue, or answer-share guarantee.Same boundary. The add-on improves planning depth, not promised business outcomes.

Program shape

Weekly pulse check

A smaller watchlist run for high-risk prompts and competitor movements between full audits.

  • Core watchlist prompts agreed in the order form
  • Alert memo when competitor, citation, or brand-risk patterns move materially
  • Agent-ready pulse record with evidence IDs and recommended next checks

Enterprise review

A managed review layer so the output is decision-ready, not a raw dashboard export.

  • Analyst review before customer delivery
  • Procurement-ready invoice and bank transfer support
  • Prepaid or subscription structure confirmed in the quote

Enterprise agent rules

  1. Do not act from summary alone. Every recommendation must retain finding_id, evidence_id, and action_id.
  2. Verify before changing customer systems. The agent must open the raw-data index and raw JSON before editing content, docs, schema, sales copy, or positioning.
  3. Preserve approval gates. Actions that change legal, pricing, compliance, or brand positioning are marked approval_required: true.
  4. Treat memory as context, not proof. Repeat-audit memory can explain trends, but current-run claims must cite current-run evidence.

The public sample is sanitized and fictional. It shows the intended shape of an enterprise recurring delivery, including AI-agent-specific files.
